The GMPR Advogados Labor Law team provides strategic, preventive, advisory, and litigation services, supporting companies in the management and prevention of employment-related risks.

On the litigation side, we handle administrative and judicial proceedings, including the preparation of defenses and appeals, participation in hearings and oral arguments, risk and case law analysis, development of litigation strategies, and representation before the Labor Courts, the Public Labor Prosecution Service (MPT), and administrative authorities.

On the advisory side, we work closely with our clients to identify their needs and develop effective legal solutions. Our services include preparing legal opinions, analyzing and interpreting legislation, regulations, and collective bargaining instruments, providing guidance on day-to-day employment matters, reviewing and adapting contracts, policies, disciplinary measures, agreements, and other documents, as well as conducting employment audits to identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and implement preventive measures.
