Social Security Law

Our Social Security Law practice provides strategic guidance, planning, and legal representation to protect the social security rights of INSS-insured individuals and public servants. We seek to identify the most appropriate solution for each case and provide greater legal certainty when making decisions regarding retirement and other social security benefits.

Our practice covers both administrative and judicial proceedings, from reviewing social security records and retirement planning to the granting and review of benefits. We also advise on matters involving contribution periods, remuneration, special working conditions, public-sector pension systems, and the reciprocal recognition of contribution periods across different social security systems.
