A Strategic Decision

Hire attorneys or develop them? We made the strategic decision to build our own team, shaping each intern according to our philosophy and approach to legal practice. As a result, the firm began conducting highly competitive intern selection processes and, more recently, took part in an innovative and award-winning internship-to-trainee program.
