Partner at GMPR Advogados, with more than a decade of experience in Agribusiness and Business Law, advising clients on complex and strategic transactions. She holds a postgraduate degree in Law from UFG, an LL.M. in Business Law from FGV, and an Executive MBA in Project Management from USP.

Her expertise includes agricultural contracts, environmental and land regulatory law, compliance, and ESG, as well as structured agribusiness transactions involving barter arrangements, CRA, FIAGRO, FIDC, and sale-and-leaseback transactions, in addition to credit recovery and rural labor law. She has also served as legal manager for a portfolio of more than 12 companies in the sector.
