Holds a Master\u2019s degree in Law and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Brazilian Institute of Public Law (IDP), where he conducts research on constitutional review of treaty compliance before the Federal Supreme Court (STF). Partner and Coordinator of the Public Law practice at GMPR Advogados in Goi\u00e2nia. His practice encompasses Administrative and Constitutional Law, external oversight proceedings before the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) and the Court of Accounts of the State of Goi\u00e1s (TCE-GO), public procurement and contracting, personal data protection (LGPD), and litigation before the Court of Justice of the State of Goi\u00e1s (TJGO), Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region (TRF-1), Superior Court of Justice (STJ), and Federal Supreme Court (STF), with particular focus on representing public servants\u2019 associations and unions. Professor of Law. His Master\u2019s thesis received academic distinction.
