Kathleen Paiva

Graduated in Law from Centro Universitário UNIFASAM. Also holds a degree in Ecology and Environmental Analysis from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). Holds postgraduate specializations in Environmental Forensics, Auditing and Management, and in Advisory Legal Practice. Currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Labor Law and Labor Procedure. Has been with GMPR Advogados since 2023, focusing on Corporate Labor Law and currently serving as Supervisor of the Labor Advisory practice, with expertise in preventive labor audits and strategic management of labor-related risks. Her multidisciplinary background provides a technical and analytical perspective focused on dispute prevention and ensuring legal certainty in business operations.
