Sara Uchôa

Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) in 2017. Holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). From 2017 to 2023, served in the coordination of an in-house legal department, gaining experience in contract management and drafting, corporate transactions, corporate compliance, and due diligence. Since 2024, has been part of the GMPR Advogados team, focusing on strategic civil and business litigation for agribusiness companies, with an emphasis on credit instruments, guarantees, and asset recovery in the sector, as well as representing creditors in judicial and extrajudicial reorganization proceedings.
