Luiz Felipe Fleury Calaça

Graduated in Law. Holds a Master’s degree in Law and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Brazilian Institute of Public Law (IDP), where he conducts research on constitutional review of treaty compliance before the Federal Supreme Court (STF). Partner and Coordinator of the Public Law practice at GMPR Advogados in Goiânia. His practice encompasses Administrative and Constitutional Law, external oversight proceedings before the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) and the Court of Accounts of the State of Goiás (TCE-GO), public procurement and contracting, personal data protection (LGPD), and litigation before the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO), Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region (TRF-1), Superior Court of Justice (STJ), and Federal Supreme Court (STF), with particular focus on representing public servants’ associations and unions. Professor of Law. His Master’s thesis received academic distinction. Currently serves as Secretary-General of the Goiás Institute of Constitutional Law (IGDC).
