Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC Goiás). Holds postgraduate specializations in Labor Law and Labor Procedure from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (São Paulo), in Public Law and Financial Management, as well as an MBA in People Management. Attorney exclusively focused on Labor Law, with an emphasis on advising companies. Has experience conducting hearings and court sessions before the Labor Courts, providing legal advisory services to clients, negotiating and representing companies before labor unions, and monitoring labor audits—experience that provides a strategic and comprehensive perspective on employment relations from the employer’s standpoint.
